Merely three-and-a-half months following the inauguration of the Priority Section of Kanpur Metro project, Afcons successfully erected the first Pier Cap of the corridor.

The Pier Cap was erected on Pier 19 between IIT Kanpur and National Sugar Institute

The Pier Caps are 2m in height, 9.3m in length, 2.8m in width, and weigh about 70 tonnes
