Our Marine and Industrial business vertical covers ports and harbor jetties, dry docks, wet basins, breakwaters, outfall and intake structures, liquified natural gas (“LNG”) tanks, and material handling systems. Since our inception, we have executed 235 Marine and Industrial projects in 15 countries, including 206 projects in India.
We have constructed eight LNG tanks in India. We were the 14th largest international marine and port facilities contractor in the world and the only Indian company in the top 25 for marine and port projects as per the 2024 ENR (Engineering News-Record, US) Top International Contractors rankings based on International Revenue for the Financial Year 2024.

Scope : EPC for export jetty and onshore facilities for receiving bulk carriers from 5000 to 100,000 DWT. Covers the entire onshore and marine terminal job from unloading of phosphate rock at the truck terminal, transfer to storage, and then to the uploading system for carriers.

Cherag Sarosh Balsara is an Additional Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay, a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law from Government Law College, University of Bombay. He has over 31 years of experience as an advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
