R. M. Premkumar Indian national is a Director of the Company.
He is M.A; B.L ; I.A.S. He has held important posts in Government of Maharashtra like Chief Executive Officer – Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, Administrator – Zilla Parishad, Nashik, Collector – Kolhapur, Director of Sugar – Maharashtra, Chief Executive Officer -MIDC, Managing Director – Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank Ltd.
He also held important post in Government of India as Development Commissioner – Santacruz Electronics Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ) , Mumbai. He also held additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Diamond Company Limited, Mumbai.
He had been Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai. Secretary to Govt. of India in National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, New Delhi, Chairman – Food Corporation India, New Delhi. Chief Secretary – Government of Maharashtra. He is currently Chairman – SICOM LIMITED and Chairman, Maharashtra Electricity Transmission Company Ltd.
