Pradip N. Kapadia an Indian national is a Director of the Company.
Mr. Kapadia is an alumnus of University of Bombay from where he graduated with B.A. and LL. B degrees. Mr. Kapadia qualified as an advocate in 1974 and subsequently as an attorney at law of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in 1976.
Mr. Kapadia is presently a senior partner in the law firm of Vigil Juris in Mumbai. Mr. Kapadia is also a member of the Law review, Reform and Rationalization Committee of Indian Merchant’s Chamber. He is Co-Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
