Director
Narendra J. Jhaveri an Indian national is a Director of the Company.
Mr. Jhaveri obtained his master’s Degree in economics from the London School of Economics. He has worked with the RBI and the ICICI in all major operational areas including project finance, Equity investment, leasing, restructuring, merchant banking, venture capital and technology finance besides economic and market research.
Mr. Jhaveri has provided advisory services to the World Bank, development banks in Bhutan, Uganda and Tanzania. Mr. Jhaveri was also a member of several official committees including SEBI. He has also contributed numerous articles and research papers in Indian journals and has been a frequent speaker at various seminars and conferences held all over India. He also serves as independent director on the board of directors of several reputed companies in India.
