Jimmy J. Parakh an Indian national is a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Parakh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a senior management position in the Shapoorji Pallonji Group of companies. Mr. Parakh has over 30 years of experience in the management of corporate affairs of the companies engaged in diversified businesses activities. He has been involved in setting up and operation of companies specializing in various businesses such as civil engineering contracts, property development, automobile marketing, finance and infrastructure.
