The company follows good HR practices. With growing opportunities, attrition levels have risen across industries. In the current market, all companies across various industries are finding difficulties in retaining and recruiting skilled manpower. This challenge is even more critical for infrastructure companies due to robust growth in infrastructure spend. Over a period of time, in line with the industry, our attrition rate has increased from 7.3% in 2004 to 14% in 2005.
