Construction of covered dry dock for Mazagon Docks , including workshop buildings was completed using novel techniques such as interlocking pile cofferdam, precast interlocking block wall etc. and work was executed in a very restricted place. The major part of total work valued at Rs. 180 millions was completed and inaugurated by the late Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi on 14th April 1984. |
