Director
Abhimanyu H. Divanji, an Indian national is the Director of the Company.
He graduated with a degree in B.E. (Civil). He has been instrumental in the formation of the partnership firm Radio Foundation Engineering and Hazarat & Company in 1959 of which he was Chief Operating Executive. He has played an important role in the formation of the Company in 1976 and the Company’s taking over of the running business of Radio Foundation Engineering and Hazarat & Company. He was the Managing Director of the Company since its inception till February, 2002.
During his stint as Managing Director of the Company he played a stellar role in diversification of the Company’s activities from pile foundation works to construction of bridges, marine structures and highways.
